Chunky Silver Charm Bracelets

It's been a busy few weeks and has felt as if there is never enough time in the day. But amongst the chaos, I managed to find time to create these two chunky silver beaded bracelets with cute star and moon charms. Perfect for summer evenings out on the town!

Angel Wings....

Last weekend I went walking in the woods to collect stones and twigs so that I could start building the fairy house that will be added to my fairy garden. It was beautiful and sunny but the wind added a chill to the air. The woods were lovely; lush, green and very peaceful.

The tranquility inspired my new angel wings earrings...

These earrings and the red ones that I blogged about previously are currently available to buy on ebay. You can purchase them here.

I can't stop beading...

The Royal wedding hysteria has engulfed us all over the past few weeks and how lovely it has been to have a bank holiday to mark the special day!

I have to admit, I have been glued to the TV all day watching Kate and William tie the knot! Her dress was beautiful and the ceremony was magical!

But, back to reality; this week I have been beading non-stop at every spare opportunity and I really can't get enough of making these wrap bracelets. These are hot off the production line this week...

These sparkly beauties are absolutley gorgeous!!!
Why not have a wrap bracelet for every occassion..!!

A little Jade for the soul....

I've been making more wrap bracelets this weekend...I just can't resist the endless possiblities of them! But, for once I have made myself a bracelet. I never ever make my own jewellery and always create items with the intention of selling them. But, I decided that I wanted my own one and what better way to promote your own work than to wear it? So, there's a question for you...do you wear your own jewellery or do you just make it to sell???

So, here's the one that I have made for me...This has been made from white cord and gorgeous Jade beads. Jade is said to 'stimulate creativity and mental agility, while also having a balancing and harmonising effect'.

If anyone is interested in one of these in this colour, please let me know.

This next one is a two row single wrap, again made with the lovely Jade beads but with black cord.

This one will be available soon in my store.

Happy Easter!

Float away....

Today was a glorious sunny day, a perfect relaxing Sunday! We spent the early part of the day in the Essex countryside winding around country roads looking at the amazing houses and the rolling fields. This was followed by a few drinks in a country pub in the most beautiful little village.

Back at home, I spent the afternoon sitting in the garden sipping coffee and crafting some new earrings, inspired by the beautiful colours of spring...

These earrings are perfect for this season's look with pretty red feathers, Swarovski crystals and little butterfly's dangling from long chains.

These will be available soon in my online shop.

Another Wrap Bracelet....!

It's been another quiet week for me with my jewellery making, as my mind remains pre-occupied with tidying up the garden. Lots of flowers have been planted and it's starting to burst with the colours of spring. Looking forward to spending the summer sitting outside beading! I have lots of new jewellery making supplies all ready to turn into lovely designs and some of the designs that I have created recently need to be added to my shop. I also have an old website that needs closing and i'm debating whether or not to start a new website??? Hmmm, I don't know. I am still loving the Chan Luu style wrap bracelets and finishing this one was very relaxing after a stressful start to the week at work. Beads are my therapy!

Chan Luu Inspiration Wrap Bracelet

I have to hold my hand up and confess that I have been very slack with the jewellery making this week! With spring in the air I have been inspired by my garden which is currently very unruly. But this weekend, I have been on a mission to transform and tidy it up so that we can enjoy the summer evenings outside. I have been digging up a horrendous plant that has spread hundreds of bulbs all around the garden. It's been hard work, but I'vemanaged to tame a small patch and planted some flowers! I just have to keep them alive now....that's something I'm not very good at! But hey, here's a Chan Luu inspired wrap bracelet in spring time pink and purple which I started making some time ago. It wraps around the wrist four times and fastens with a cute spotty bead.

Here's a little snippet of the next one that is close to completion!
